Not only was I not able to cancel my order within the first 24 hours for a full refund (because they didn't send me my order number after the online purchase), after I realized that they do not deliver the 3 in one mop, sweep, vacuum robot that they show on the video on their website, but after paying extra for fast shipping on the 25th November 2019, it is now the 23 of January and I still haven't received the product. They appear to have blocked my email from reaching them now. When I followed up via parcel tracking number, it says my parcel was delivered to POS Malaysia when I clearly gave an address in Cape Town South Africa.
