My family and I stayed at the one and only sometime back we had a horrible stay for the amount of money that was spent

My family and I stayed at the one and only sometime back we had a horrible stay for the amount of money that was spent. The then manager gave us a complimentary stay to be utilized at any given time the NOW manager insisting we need to book and a complimentary stay is out of the question...so here I am saying again where is the honor and integrity of one and only...pathetic services
