Everything but a HighTea!

Extremely disappointed to say the least. Myself and 4 friends attended high tea on Saturday 12th June at 3:30pm for my birthday and the service was very poor. On arrival we were notified that our "reserved" table was accupied by other guests. We then opted for the outside seating and grated by a waiter. We advised him that 2 of us were going to get drinks inside and they may set up the table. This is at 3:45pm. My friends drinks took them 45mins to prepare. At 6pm, no sight of any edibles what's so ever. It was freezing outside at that point and I ordered a coffee which took another 40+minutes. At that point we were starved, cold, irrate at the same time. We noticed in the time we were waiting on our order, the barman would help others in between which resulted in our order taking so long. The waiters weren't fami**** with menu items either. We left at 7pm after hovering up some things on the high tea stand. I've went for a few high teas, my reason for choosing this hotel was to experience 6 stars. I'm sorry, I've gotten better service at Protea hotel and even Spur!!!
