I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I'm very unhappy with the customer service I'm experiencing with this company. I feel like they're just after money they don't care how I feel as the property buyer, firstly there was an additional amount of 20k that was on top of Purchase price, of 350.2.the agent had an agreement of building boundary wall of the property separating the property from other houses. The agent decided to build the front of the boundary wall of the property and the seller promised to finish the wall in order to speed up the process because the estate agent refused to finish it and gave the go ahead on the 24th Nov , now the seller Is withdrawing from that. Because the occupation date is on registration on the OTP, now he's saying he's going to need to rent for his furniture after payout he can't finish off. All parties are happy with this transaction except my self and I'm paying for this service. The estate agent will receive their commission of full 50k while I will be left with unfinished boundary wall. I really regret making use of this company (O'Neil property Group)
