VW #VIVOnation & One- Eyed Jack Complaint

Hi, i didn't want to have to get to this.

11th March 2018, we attended the VW #VIVOnation and my brother won the Polo Vivo for 3 months. See now, here is where lies the problem. We had to be the ones doing the communicating even after the first email they sent, we had to call and email Simone Martufi at One Eyed Jack( Staging Brand), She had called and said that the car would be ready and available on Thursday, A full Week passed, with no communication from their side. We would constantly call Simone Martufi, she would give us a run around and she started ignoring our emails asking about the Car that My brother had won and the Petrol card she had mentioned would be made available to Him. Eventually the car was delivered but the Petrol card wasn't there, we asked and the delivery guy said please speak to Simone Martufi or Manuela De Deus. Simone then called my brother and said that arrangements of the Petrol card would be done and he would be informed of such. Now both Simone and Manuela have ignored our emails asking about the Petrol card. To this day we do not have the Petrol Card. This is very frustrating and undermining.
