Worst service EVER!!!!!!!

By far the worst service i have ever encountered in my short time on this planet. On the 31st of January 2019 i wanted to sign up with onedebt in order to consolidate my debt because i had been out of the job market for a year. I was informed i didnt qualify and that the only option was debt review. I signed up on the 31st of jan but i was not comfortable with the option available and i called the following day to cancel. I spoke to melanie who told me to think it through over the weekend which i did and on monday i told her i would like to opt out. Since the 4th of Feb i have been calling to have this service cancelled and it has not...Currently i am unable to view my credit score on transunion because onedebt has placed me under debit. When will this horrible service be cancelled!!!!!!
