worst

This company is the worst ,firstly they debit your money ,never informing what is going on with regards to creditors you never recieve a statement ,your creditors still call you everyday whilst under debt review .then when i finally recieved a statement i noticed that you dont not even pay half of what is debited to our creditors .your portfolio managers are non existent because when i call im always promised a call back but no one ever calls ,then i decided not to pay you guys any more and asked to be released from debt review your call centre advisor said we are no longer under debt review and it was cancelled ,only to find out you **** when i contacted our creditors to make payment arrangements .As a consumer i feel that i deserve a better service than this after all you where supposed to get us out of debt not make things worse .Honestly i would not recommend anyone to make use of this company .
