WITHDRAWAL LETTER
My name is Ramochela M,i have been under debt review with ONE DEBT and i once asked for them to send me withdrawal letter even today i haven't got help to receive the letter.I want to know what should i do to get that letter.I have been calling them and their consultant would put me on hold for more than 20 minutes saying they ars transferring me to the right person but honestly the person who supposed to answer the call he/ she hangs up the call.I really dont know what is their intention it's like i am forced to continue with their service
