<p><br />I entered into a debt review agreement with Onedebt as I am through financial difficulties. <br />as promised to help reduce my monthly payments</p> <p>I have followed up with them a countless times with no success yet every month there are debit order of 1800+ going off but nothing is being paid at all </p> <p>when i follow up with the accounts they have taken over nothing has been paid and now its like i pay on my own and also get debited by these people.... I have sent sent Emails and no responds i want answers<br />why must i call and do their job which they are established to do <br />why am i paying these accounts on my own and yet they still debit my accout.<br />So please i need this to STOP and So i can do my own payments or find a better solution for myself without dealing with these problem.</p>

Im not happy with the service in one debt after the complaint being online Rian called me to say he shall get back to me before the end of the day last week.
So im not shocked with how their staff treat customers its because even their superiors do the very same thing.
I was given a portfolio manager zibele & on the phone he once told me that I must be aware that there are people who try to hack clients from onedebt so im asking myself if their company its legitimate.
Around may I gave them a call was told to send an email on

Still nvr got any responses
I called again this June
Spoke to marian she promised to contact me back n do the cancellation but still she nvr did up until I wrote to helo peter .
Even now im still on the dark
I jst want them to take m off as part of their customers.
Poor services they good with that, I even have statement that shows they were taking more money to themselves distributing little amount im willing to post it online so everyone sees it
