Unhappy customer

I just signed up in October 2019,I do not even know what's going on, they don't make contact for anything else but to want to increase my installment, my car fiance company just sent me a letter that is dated in January 2020 advising they declined the debt review and I owe R14 783.26, but one debt said nothing, just that the creditors wants more, and when I signed up I agreed to a set installment, when I asked Natasha what is the process should I want to end my debt review and rather pay things normal like I use to, she advised that I will still remain listed, I contacted my attorney already, I regret signing up with them.

I will not be held liable for this and expect this to be rectified.
