This company is negligent and RUDE!!!

We took debt consolidation with this company. They firstly followed the incorrect process which lead us struggling for the first month we took up the service. Then they made payment arrangements with our creditors but failed to notify us that our bank had rejected the arrangement for the home loan repayment. So the paid a portion to the bank while the rest accrued. We got a message saying that our house is in foreclosure and when we called to find out, guess what the pompous staff at this company say????!!! "Don't you have family to help?"

These guys are ******. BEWARE!!!

WE'RE EVEN REPORTING THEM TO THE DEBT COUNSELLORS' ASSOCIATION!!!
