Signed up for stress.....
I'm three months into a supposed agreement with One Debt, I was promised that I will be represented and my creditors will handled. Now I have MFC wanting to repossess my vehicle - FNB says they don't have feedback from One Debt - My bond restructuring hasn't been finalized yet I.have paid nearly R20 000. Not sure how I was duped into this but here I am. After countless emails and phoning I really wish I had gone elsewhere. *** - as it is MFC says it's been 60 days and now they've cancelled

Yes you have resolved half of my query - I still do not have assurance from your company that MFC has officially accepted your proposal. Moreover I do not have confirmation that my payment into your account was received as I was given an SMS by Inshaaf regarding banking details. I am still waiting for confirmation of the revised amount to be debited come end of February??? I keep on having to ask for information which should by in my receipt already.
