Settled all debt but not cleared
Eversince I paid every debt that was being paid by one debt in 2015, they have still not cleared my name and I cannot buy anything. This is also affecting my credit score. I tried to speak with Michelle several times and I used to send proof of payments but they never gave me a satisfactory response. Please help me.
