Removal of my name under debt review with onedebt

I was once under debt review with Onedebt, and now I am having a challenge because even after I cancelled with them they are refusing to remove my name. At some point when I made enquiries with them they said it is because I owe them some money which I paid as was agreed with them, to my surprise after my last payment they send me list of all my creditors and told me to submit at my nearest court and told me that the court will remove my name. Upon my submission of the documents to the court I was told that they are not responsible for that, that the people I was under debt review with them are responsible for that. I called them and they have since refused to remove my name. Please assist because when I am not in a position to get further credit anywhere as my name is flagged as under debt review, I cannot even buy a house or a car due to the situation I find myself in.
