They slow on solutions and contacted me via sms while I lost my phone, but no email from them they did not even give all my contact details to their lawyer to contact, she had to say I'm unreachable via sms and that there's no email attached to my details also sms is no formal way of communication, if I did not answer follow up with an email as anything could have happened, which did came to my propen before, no help just stressed and getting sick of it my blood pressure is sky high, I raised a complaint with NCR and request this matter to be resolved with a gesture of goodwill for the troubles and sleepless nights.
