Placed on debt review without consent!!!

I received a call from a company called One Debt review,they offered their services to me and I told the gentleman that I would have to do my research on their company and then make a decision.These people have been persistent and kept calling me and trying to persuade me.I told them that I am not interested and I donot require their services. On the 12-11-2015,I discovered that they had put me under debt review with out my consent.All my accounts have been blocked and they sent out letters to my creditors. Now I am trying to get ahold of Johan Fourie (the person I spoke to), he blatantly refuses to take my calls and puts other people on the phone who tell me that he is not available,when I explain the situation and ask for a call recording of this so called 'agreement' they laugh at me and hang up! I am so upset and stressed! I had never signed any documents or asked to be placed under debt review at any time, as I am managing my finances just fine! Please assist me in this regard!!!
