Onedept Debreview in Conjunction with ABSA

II have been under Deptreview From July 2019. It handled by OneDept with a 60 Months downpayments. The outstanding amount was R431 520,69. I did paid OneDept with Debit order Till March 2025 an Amount of -R558.978,00. Then I changed to My Dept Hero because of letters to ABSA Onbudsman I could not solve this problem. To My Dept Hero I have already Paid an Amount of -R51.254,66 So that is Already more then R600 000. How can we fix this?
