Onedebt unfair treatment!!

Good day.I paidup all my accounts , I send onedebt all my prove of payments,they aprove but did not stop the debit order.I send a email and ask them to put a stop order because I did send them the prove of payments but they still take money out of the bank.I also did ask for my clearence sertificate and the said they will send it and theg will pay me R5600 back because ot extra payments that was deducted.I did recieve the R5600 in Feb 2016 but no cleatence sertificate.O contact them and they said no I own them money and I must pay it back first.I told them the they did pay me back because they have deducted it.They did not want help .it is now 2019 and still did not recieve my clearence sertificate.I did send email they just do not give feedback ;I contact them,they said I mist hold and then hungup.I need to make a loan for my compony and can not do it because I am still inder that bondage of onede t who does not want to give me my clearence sertificate.Please help I was quiet now for to long.
