I've been struggling to get my Clarence certificate with these people for a very long time now. Every time I call I'm being told they'll send it before close of business or that they'll call but nothing happens. To make matters worse the person who's dealing with my account is now playing hide and seek games with me. He doesn't answer my calls nor reply to my emails. His name is Ricardo.
All I want is my R2250 back and I'll see how I sort my self out. Because I didn't even request to be put under debt review. I only called to inquire, then before I knew it they signed me up. These people are *********
