OneDebt go to hell

I’ve sent onedebt countless email bagging them that I don’t want to continue paying my debt with them but they never canceled my accounts. I had to tell my bank to stop their debit order and is been 4 months but still they won’t cancel my account. What the hell do they want from me? I can take care myself.
