ONEBEBT (DEBT REVIEW COMPANY) IS NONSENSE!!!!

I joined this debt review company for 2-3 years now and i regret it beacause my debts have piled up and not getting better at all. They missed my car instalments for 3 to 4 months now. i have paid up some of my debts yet they are failing to update that, instead they keep on sending money to the shops I no longer owe anymore. I have contacted them to fix their mistakes but they keep on telling me that I need to fix this matter with my debt counsellor JACOLINE is never avaible when I call her. I have stopped them from deducting my money and now paying all my debts without their help until I'm done with them. All I need now is a cancelation letter that states that I'm no longer with them and their BAD SERVICE still continues. It makes me wonder if my debt counsellor exists or not because they always put me through to everytime i call without any luck. The phone will keep on ringing until they hang up on me. I tried to communicate with them on emails and no luck still! I'm tired of them wasting my airtime with their bad services!!!!!
