One Debt thievery and now their lawyers

The above matter refers.

We confirm that we are acting on behalf of our client, DC Partner (Pty) Ltd, whom is also your PDA office (Payment Distribution Agency) as appointed by your Debt Counsellor, One Debt.

We have been instructed by our client that payment of your instalment in the amount of R19700.00 was received by their office on 30/09/2020. Upon receipt of, this payment, our client attended to the distribution of these funds towards your Debt Counsellor for fees and/or your creditors on your behalf.

Due to the fact that you have reversed your debit order at your bank on 07/11/2020, you are now indebted to our client in the amount of R19700.00.

It is therefore our instructions to demand from you, as we hereby do, payment of the aforementioned amount. Kindly inform our office on an urgent basis when you will be able to pay the amount. So the lying ******* who didn't pay Nedbank and that caused Nedbank to summons for R109 000 or so for non payments of my bond... have now gotten iffy because I reversed my one debit order to the which I have paid to my new debt relief company... And technically they owe me the money back so I can pay it to Nedbank.... How do lawyers not check their facts before they take on a client oh wait they probably paid them a backhand to do it or maybe these lawyers see above are also a bunch of ******* I have in a mail asked them to prove that the money was paid and that dear lawyer involves you hertin6a letter from Nedbank acknowledging they received the money... I await you respond with baited breath
