One Debt, signed me under false infomation

my experience with them is horrific, the first consultant I spoke to the first fooled me and said they consolidated and never explain to me that I will be entering into a debt review process and my expenses didn't put me in a position to be under debt review and consultant that was assisting me said that we must extra amount on my expenses so that I can qualify, the application was done under false information and when I found out that I have been placed under debt review and I wanted to council, they said I could not but I have not signed any documentation with them, they said everything it was done telephonically, when I called the person that assisted they no longer working at their offices in Parow in cape town. now I have to pay my debts of which I have, Foschini account, Russells and Home choice, i do not have any assets or vehicles, should the process was explained properly then i would have understood.
