One debt is a big ****!

I've spoken to one of the consultants about 4 months ago regarding going onto debt review, they advised me that my accounts will be taken care off and that no one will contact me regarding any accounts being in arrears, the consultant also told me that this debt review will be 1 year 9 months, however when I called in [because my accounts were calling me and sending me sms's, emails and letters stating my accounts are in arrears and hasn't been paid off] another consultant tells me that it's now gonna be for 48 month's, I've tried to contact them many times to cancel this however when I ask to put me through to their customer care department the call gets cut, I want answers! I want my money back! Because their haven't paid any of my accounts! And I've been debited 3 times already! They are a ****!
