ONE DEBT dragged me down

I was battling financially i saw an advertisment for one debt. I sent my number in they contacted me i gave them the necessary infomation. They quoted me R7000 a month. Got the contract stating i should pay R7000 to them month for distribution. Three months down the line after i had payed almost R18000 in fees they phone me and said i would need to pay an additional R1200 on top of the R7000 comtract amount per month. I was very upset and gave the woman a mouth full. She said that she would get her manager to call me and explain in detail. I never received the phone call. Today i had wesbank arrive at my work wanting to recover my vehicle. So frantically i managed too get a day or two grace too attend too the matter. So i phoned onedebt spoke to the lady consultant that deals with my portfolio she informed me that wesbank needs a settlement of R16000 or the viehcle will be reposesed. She then informed me that in mid january they received documentation from wesbank declining the offer they had put in. Not once did anybody from onedebt contact me or inform me via email or sms or phone call about the situation. So i phoned Wesbank tge gentleman on tge other end was very helpfull aparently the arrangement between one debt ond Wesbank had fallen away as the offer wasn't met. So now the problem falls into my hands. The gentelman informed me the outstandung balance is R21000 which i could pay half today and the balance of over three months. So frantucally i ran around trying to source the amount one debt said i shouldnt pay the R7000 too them this month i should psy it straight to wesbank. As a client of onedebt im already struggling financially now i must fork out another R4400 this month which i dont have and another R9200 for the next 3 months which i dont have. Im worse off from when i started with them the R18000 +- fees now another R21000 to try and save my viehcle. Surely onedebt as a financial aid company should realize the damage they can do if they do not fulfill their end of the deal. Surely they educated on the laws in place and should of known if wesbanks proposal wasn't met it would lead too this. Please could someone from N. R. C. S review this situation and advise on how to rectify this.
