One debt a ****ty company

I have been with onefebt since 2015 and I must say during the application process they do follow up and do things on time but as soon as you are approved then the nonsense starts they don't pay creditors as promised their statements are misleading I ended up paying myself after one debt told me certain accounts were paid up when I called them I received attitude from my case manager who did not make an effort to call me back with feed back, I stopped the debit order and paid the accounts myself I was being harassed my creditors everyday . I managed to pay all my debt early November I called them to have me removed from debt review at transunion , I sent all my paid up letters but to this day I have not received my clearance certificate I have been calling onedebt almost everyday since 1st December I'm given the run around no one has helped me I even complained to manager but still no help . onedebt is a company of unprofessional, ill equipped people DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU MORE STRESS THAN THAT OF BEING OVER INDEBTED. I curse the day I joined them.
