Ombudsman and NCR time

I'm getting the worst service ever with one debt, the debt counselor that's always out of the office and never returns my calls, It even escalated to a point where I have to speak to my creditors directly, the switchboard agents doesn't even have telephone etiquette to top it off. I'm LIVID with this company I want out.
