No solutions just empty promises so unprofessional
At about 15:00 10 March Vuyokazi phoned me to inform me that I did not pay my account. I drew a bank statement that same day to see what exactly happened to the debit order, I noticed that they didn't even attempt to deduct the amount. I sent Vuyokazi an email early in the morning on March 11, she did not reply. Monday 14 March 10:07 I phoned her and explained that it is an error on their side. She then phoned me back at 10:55 and said that they for some reason had my banking details wrong. This really doesn't make sense. She promised to phone me back after she had spoken to the creditors. She never came back. I phoned her Tuesday 5 April at 09:11 after I saw that again they did not deduct. Again I was promised to receive a phone call from her at 12:00. 12:58 she phoned me and told me that she can't get hold of my creditors. Wednesday 6 April still I have heard nothing from her not even an email. How can your account be paid the first month but after that they have your details wrong. They were supposed to help me and not put me into more trouble. How would you feel if you had to be in my shoes? I don't want an empty promise I want a solution, I'm not a child.
