NEVER GO UNDER DEBT REVIEW ESPECIALLY NOT WITH ONEDEBT!!

If anyone thinks of trusting this company -DON'T!!You are just a number to them I've been paying since 2017 and no communication from their side only smse informing me that my pda changed the whole time without ever giving me a call or communicating with me.Yes,the payments goes off and u get statements emailed to you but other than that you are not important to them at all. YOU TRY AND CONTACT THEM AND SPEAK NICELY HOPING THEY CAN HEAR THE FRUSTRATION AND URGENCY IN YOUR VOICE WANTING TO GET THE DEBT DONE AND YOUR NAME CLEARED, BUT NO, ONCE YOU PUT THE PHONE DONE NO RESPONSE AS USUAL. THERE WAS A SHARLENE,CHRYSTAL AND NOW NOSICELO WHICH TOLD ME SHE WILL EMAIL ME BUT NO EMAIL WAS RECEIVED IVE BEEN PHONING AND GET A RUDE GUY ANSWERING THE PHONE!!IVE HAD ENOUGH AND WANT THIS TO END JUST NEED COMMUNICATION IS THAT SO HARD TO ASK FROM PEOPLE THAT SUPPOSE TO HELP YOU, NO THEY JUST ENJOY TAKING YOUR MONEY.
