I need my cancelation letter please

I'm not happy with One debt. I paid R3780 for debt review withdrawal so that I can find a reputable company to work with. Now they have send the cancelation letter to my new proposed company and when I ask for the letter to be send to me too they refused. I paid for that letter and it means I'm entitled to receive it. And from the beginning they told me that they will remove a red flag from my name at credit bearau and that was a lie just to entice me to pay. So all I need is that cancelation letter so I can see and understand it's details.
