I didnt ask them to add me on debt review

I'm so disappointed with one debt. all i did was to query about their services and all they did was to add me on their data base. now all my accounts are setting on customer app**** for debt while i didn't even sign anything with them and i never gave them a go ahead to add me on their list. <br> <br> now they giving me hassle to remove me from the mess they added me on. i've also queried this with ombudsman's hope they will help me hence i saw that they never rep**** on help petter. <br> <br> just felt that i should share my story.
