I can't access my bank account because of them.

I saw the their add on TV and I sent a message, reason I wanted to have my debts as one but I didn't understand their billing and as soon as I read their Ts and Cs and their charges I rep**** to Nosicelo Xhelo that I'm not happy with their charges and I'm not going to sign the documents. And I specifically asked her to cancel everything we where about to agree on. After couple of months I sent that mail I'm surprised these guys are still in my accounts and now the worst thing my bank account is blocked and I can't access my money because of them and they refuse to unblock it or even talk to me.
