How many complaints consultants does it take to resolve a query - apparently TWO is not enough

And so it goes!! 2 months later and the Complaints department still have not resolved my querieS - yes more than one. Do not, Do not, NEVER, don't ever use this company!!!

How many complaints consultants does it take to resolve a query - TWO!! Nope. I now have another complaints consultant, still waiting on a reply since the 4th April. Needless to say the first one - 19th March - NOT RESOLVED, NO REPLIES, EVERYTHING he said would be done, has not happened. This has been since the 9th February!!! And that is just the complaints department. The portfolio manager, Not a SINGLE word or contact - and with her you wait MONTHS for a response. I wish I could get out of this and go with a more reputable company.
