financial incompetence

<p>i turned to onedebt to assist on my finance's before it turned into a crisis at first they charged there 3month fee at the first month did debit did t go through so they hounded me with calls and sms for payement so i did a deposit.secondly i got a call from my credit card after a couple months stating that im handed over for non payement so i explained i was with onedebt when i called onedebt i had a new portfolio manager that i was unaware of n she contacts my credit card division and said that i had to pay for all the months i hve not paid for so i said i came to onedebt to avoid the same problem how do you expect me to pay such a high fee at once i said you need to make a plan so we agreed on paying extra every month after a month or so the attornys for my credit card called me to say that there was no payement made so after spending a day or two trying to get my portfolio manager she says she has to contact her payment division so the next day it was done after a couple months later my credit card division calls to say they have been skipping payement n they need to take serious action so i had to resolve this meaning taking it off the hands of onedebt and paying these attorneys by Myself wich costed me more so i asked my portfolio manager wich was a new person for a new statement and break down as to what i will be paying and for what which i haven't received as yet after another month or so i noticed i have not been debited from one debt so i call to chek as usual they had no clue then i received an sms from my std bank cheque acc stating that they to have not received payments so iv been handed over again to the other attorney n they demanded payement from me aswell n that they have pulled out of debt review so i call onedebt to cancel n they said i have to send a letter and i have not received a response im now handed over to attorneys and in a worse off position thanks to onedebt i had only three creditors to resolve which im handed over by two of them where was my money going to why could they not have assisted why must i call and do their job which they are established to do why has matters gone worst why do i get a dont care attitude ive had enough of their incompetence how could they put me in a worst off situation when there firm is to do the opposite why cant i get a response to why have i been through this the worst experience and financial crisis ever have i joined a ****?</p>
