Don't use this company
All I am trying to do is get my finances back on track and have entrusted Onedebt to help me. I should have trusted my gut when I was receiving numerous calls for the same information. And my questions were incorrectly answered. My current account manager I feel is a ghost. It takes days if not months to get an email response. And she not only doesn't help but doesn't answer any of my queries. I'm currently paying an account that was paid in full long before I app**** for debt consolidation...
DO NOT make use of Onedebt should you ever be in my predicament.
