My advice when needing debt review help is to do your due diligence and check out what the review status is.

My Fantastic portfolio manager took it upon herself to deactivate my insurance because of a call I had with the Insurance department. Where I stated, 'I have policies, can you please send me the agreement document I sent OneDebt so that I can then make the required arrangements and follow the processes to cancel', their ridiculous insurance policy ****.

When someone does not respond to your requests or questions or ignores them completely OR do things that you did not agree to or aware of - RED FLAGS!! *****!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!

Don't trust the system. Don't trust these people. I cannot stress this enough.
