Debt Counselling practises

These are Debt councillors that are exploiting people that do not have the financial knowhow by adding exponentially to the existing debt of people looking for debt counselling. Their fees amount to more than the original debt. Somebody should look into their methods as well as their ethics.

Reviewer Update
I must congratulate you on the prompt reply. I just cannot agree with the "matter has been resolved" The fact of the matter is, Onedebt placed my employee on Debt review without a signed contract and now have referred her to another company or division, Ez-collect where she has to pay to have a credit clearance done. If ONEDEBT was acting in terms of the TCF Act they would have firstly not placed her on debt review without a written contract and secondly they
would have had the review lifted and cleared without her incurring additional costs,
