Damaged Credit Profile

<p>I contacted Onedebt for assistance on combining my debts in to one account that I will pay monthly. I was not happy with the administration that i received from them. When I contacted them back to cancel my application little did I know that they already took all my information and handed it to ITC. I didn't know Onedebt was going to froze all may accounts even the fully paid ones. But to my biggest suprise they didn't pay neither of my accounts. I noticed that at the end of the month April and May they debit my account with an amount of R1,700 twice. I've rervesed the two debits back to my account as they did nothing for me. I phoned them and I spoke to Tashwill and Christel asking them to take my name out of the debt review they refused telling me that they can't do that. Till now my name is under debt review which has damaged my credit profile and i can't get any business now as I survived on my own businesses. I am currently paying for my accounts with that damaged profile. The only thing i need from Onedebt is to clear my name so that my life can go on.</p>
