Complain about the One debt company

Dear Sir or Madam I'm complaining about the One debt company,they promised to pay our vehicle account ,start from march 2021 , only to find out there not paying they just deduct the money from our account,up until the vehicles company called us and tell us they are coming to collect a vehicle.So when I call the one debt they just ignore my calls....I need help to clear my name on a credit bereau
