Bad Service and Bunch of ****s

I took a contract with Onedebt last year to consolated all my debts in to one but little did i not that i will be trapped in this contract while i receive no services from them..they have been deducting a huge amount of money but to my surprise the companies that they were suppose to pay were not being paid..I have called several times all i get is someone lady has my profile and that she will call me back..i called and those that lady 2 weeks back..she promised to call me back still today i am still waiting..all i want to know is how do i cancel this contract with them and they must remove me from debt review.or tried to get to the arrangement with them and still they cannot help me with that.I need this ****s to remove me on Debt review or am taking this further to Ombudsman.
