Bad service

I signed a contract with onedebt and few months later I established that they were distributing only R2 per service provider and called them to cancel. The contract was then cancelled telephonically. However, I later established that the contract was not cancelled as agreed, and according to law, it is a breach of contract whether verbal or not. I am struggling to get a decent job because of my name listed as debt review and a bad payer I will like my issue to be cleared as per my cancellation.
