Wrong item delivered and bad customer service!

I ordered a mosquito killer, they sent me a stackable basket/drawer thing...I emailed them, they read the email as per confirmation from my email program but never rep****...,

I emailed again and they read it again but did not reply...then I emailed again and a Mimi rep****....So I asked her why did this happen? and I want my mosquito killer...

I gave her all the details and invoice number etc and even sent pics of what my invoice says I should have received but did not get...she has read the email but never rep****...

I emailed again advising that I saw she read the email but why no reply?

She is now ignoring me...?? ***...??

Guys be careful as what you order may never arrive...I have been waiting 2-3 months now for my mosquito killer...

They not interested to help...
