We assure you it's not our fault! *******

Firstly their products are cheap chinese imports so not the best quality One of my items dis not work. I reported this to them and was sent the following message immediately. Onedealaday.co.za would never send a broken item. It could have happened during transit between us and the couriers, which are a separate company. We assure you that this is not our fault. We will quickly get you a new product. How can anyone say they would NEVER send something broken and it's not their fault. Anyway they them looked into the whole story and I received the item on the 18 Dec but only reported it broken on the 8 Jan. It was a gift for someone that was overseas for the holidays. Anyway they will look into it if I pay to return it to them. I am not prepared to throw any more money on this. I can see from the first response that this is going nowhere fast. I am very angry with myself for having fallen for this whole DEAL thing. It's a total *******.
