Save your money, Worst customer service ever!!!

I ordered a few things from them, only for the second time. There were delays the first time as well but eventually received my items. This time, it's been almost a month and I haven't recieved anything to suggest they've shipped my package. After my first experience I only enquired after 10 days to give them time, only to find out my order has not shipped and no one told, fine they said they'll ship it. 5 days later no one has even looked at it. I then asked for a refund and now no one answers my messages, it's been another week. They are quick to answer the sales WhatsApp number but don't hold your breath if you have a service or refund request. They are by far the worst company I've interacted with and I've used a few online retailers.
