Poor service

So unhappy with the service. I bought a MXQ Pro 4K Smart TV Box in March 2023. Its was working fine with Netflix, In end May 2024 Netflix stopped working. I have send messages to Onedealaday regarding this. They said I can't return or get a Refund it because the 6 month warranty is finish. I do understand. I have asked them just to explain how to re install the Netflix but onto the system, because I have paid for a subscription at Netflix but can't watch. I don't want a return of refund, just want them to help me re-install. I have been sending messages to find out if there technician can help. They said they are waiting for the technician to come in it's been a few days. A have send messages, but they don't read or respond to my messages. If this is how they are going to do Business, then I will stop buying for them, and also tell everyone else how does buy to be careful. All I wanted was help to get it installed again.
