Poor poor refund policy

Refund policy sucks. No return via postnet or post office, cost of courier for your own account, product needs to be returned new and in original packaging which is ridiculous because how can a product break if you havent even used it, and who keeps original packaging in anycase once you take a product out to use. Then when it gets to the warehouse it will be fixed, or replaced. I dont want an broken product to be fixed, I want a new one! Will never buy from them again!
