Poor Customer Service

I bought 120w chargers from them and communicated with their support team via WhatsApp that the those chargers are not 120w chargers it display 20w, I sent them photos as well and even tested it does not charge at 120w. Their support team via WhatsApp response time is pathetic they take their own time to respond, I want a refund on my order their goods affordable but their products and response is extremely bad .
