Order number 125654 - You have let me down Take a Lot

I originally placed the order on 2 October 2024 via whats app number ***.

Only on the 7 October 2024 did I get your order number 125654. Since then, nothing. When I query the order I get told “processing”. Delivery was 3 to 10 days.

This is taking an extraordinary amount of time, we are passed 10 days without so much as a whimper out of you.

On the 8 October 2024 I again used your whats app number *** to place an order for 3 units of "On-the-Go Game Console - Tech Bar Investments. I sent my details through but since then, nothing has happened and the order hasn't been confirmed.I keep getting a stupid message to say I have left something in my cart but when clicking on it, it says the cart is empty.

I have used every email I can find and the ADMIN email on the website promises an answer within 48 hours. I suppose to their credit they didn’t say which 48 hours. I filled in queries on the website, all the WhatsApp numbers I could find. Still nothing.

Yesterday on every communication I have used with them I said they can cancel. This was a part of my son’s Christmas present but I will look elsewhere.

Having used your services regularly over time I am not so sure anymore as to speak to a representative is impossible. In this case, technology is useless
