Onedealaday poor poor service

I bought two of those usb coolers. They arrived very neat and quickly. Set them up and within three hours the has a dead fan. I bought two for the sole purpose,one for my wife and one for me. I started to send a mail but no answer. Again and agai 'n I sent emails but nothing. In the one email I SAID poor poor service and then I got a reply back that they will arrange for pickup and explained the terms and stuff. Ihad to reply if I want ed to go further with the pickup. I mailed and SAID yes and from there on not a peep from them. I sent countless emails since then,rond about 20 December 2021. There after sale service suck big time!!
