OneDealADay not responding to emails to return an item that was not working since taking out of the box

I have ordered the oximeter that was on special with this order number : #418887 The problem is that the item did not work straight from the box. It is dead. We have even tried to use different batteries thinking maybe the batteries that come with it might be faulty. Still, the oximeter does not want to come on. I have been sending emails since Monday to *** and no one bothers to respond.
